• What’s Included
  • Setup and Installation: Our team will handle all setup and installation requirements for the Magazine Booth.
  • Lighting: Simple, elegant lighting is included inside the booth to enhance the photos taken during your event.
  • Personalized Branding: Custom stickers are included to personalize the Magazine Booth to your event’s theme or branding message.

• Delivery and Power
  • Delivery: Delivery fee is not included in the booking fee and additional charges will apply for delivery, depending on the location of your event.
  • Power/Electricity: The client is responsible for providing power and electricity for the Magazine Booth during the event.

• Booking and Payment
  • A non-refundable booking fee of ₦50,000 is required to confirm your reservation.
  • The booking fee must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event.

• Event Information
  To proceed with booking, please provide the following details:
  • Client’s Contact Details: (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address)
  • Event Date & Time
  • Event Duration
  • Event Address
  • Event Location (Indoor or Outdoor)
  • Branding Message
  • Other Comments/Details: Any additional information or specific requests that would help us provide the best experience for your event (e.g., special timing considerations, venue restrictions, or any other important details we should know).

• Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The booking fee of ₦50,000 is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on circumstances.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as preparations are made in advance and the booking time is reserved.

• Client Responsibility
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue provides adequate space and power supply for the setup of the Magazine Booth.
  • The client agrees to the terms outlined and will be liable for any damages or issues caused during the event.

• Changes to Booking
  • Any changes to the event details (date, time, location, etc.) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

• Limitation of Liability
  • While we strive to provide the best experience, the Magazine Booth provider is not responsible for any unforeseen technical issues, power outages, or other external factors that may impact the booth’s operation.

By confirming your booking and making the required payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
